Shipments and returns

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail First Class, Lettre Max or Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature (no insurance once declared in your mailbox by Royal Mail or La Poste). If your mailbox is exposed we strongly recommend using signed for services, an additional cost will be applied, don't hesitate to contact us before choosing your shipping method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Tribaal is a Sports Remedies brand handled by Smartitude.com in the UK and Sports Remedies France in France. Items available in only one of the warehouses may require a couple extra days for delivery. We'll make sure we keep you informed if any delays.

Returns

We of course comply with legal eCommerce regulations where you can return un-open goods within generally 7 to 15 days. Other cases may apply, just make sure you contact us prior to returning the items.
